Cosmonaut Hotel - Karaganda

Very inviting spa and gym. Well-equipped fitness center. Friendly staff who spoke English. Clean rooms, some with a slight smell of smoke. The staff goes above and beyond to assist without expecting anything in return. Overall comfortable environment.

We were happy with our decision to stay here as the location was conveniently close to Karaganda State Zoo, which was our main attraction, and an easy 30-minute drive from the airport.

The decoration is excellent. We appreciated facilities and location. We can recommend the hotel and staff. 100 feet away there is Zuma, where you can dine

We had a great stay at this hotel last weekend! the service was excellent, from check, in to check, out. the staff were friendly and attentive, fulfilling all of our luxurious needs, including the use of a private facilities and sun terrace. the in, room breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. the Sauna and Massage services were also top, notch.

The location was not as convenient as we would have liked, with limited transportation options nearby. this was a minor issue in comparison to all the positive aspects of the hotel.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a well-equipped fitness center, indoor pool, and spa. I didn't have time to enjoy them, but they looked inviting. The staff were genuinely helpful and were really nice too assist me. The location was great, being close to a new restaurant and situated in a beautiful park area with easy access to the botanic gardens. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area near a new restaurant, beautiful botanic gardens, and lovely park. the rooms are clean and cheery, with a decent breakfast. There are many free hotel perks such as a gym, a sauna, and a swimming pool. the staff is courteous and kind, with English speaking employees available for assistance. Plus, the violinist playing during breakfast sets a great tone for the day.

The hotel lacks deadbolts or chains on the doors.

Luxurious and Comfortable Stay We had an absolutely amazing stay in this hotel. the exclusive amenities offered were definitely worth the price. the sauna and the massage facility were available all hours, and the sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. the room advantages included luxurious bedding and a beautiful view of the city. the restaurant had a sumptuous menu, and in-room breakfast was exceptionally delicious. the Bar and the lounge area were perfect for an evening of relaxation. the location advantages were a walking distance to many attractions.

Limited Dining Options Perhaps, the only downside of our stay was that the dining options were limited. There was only one restaurant, and the menu was not available in English.

During our recent stay, we were actually surprised by the high standards of this hotel. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, exceeding our expectations for a hotel in this area. We particularly loved the Italian pasta served at the Zhuldyz Restaurant. The hotel also offered a range of amenities such as a gym, massage, and pool, all free of charge. Despite the slightly remote location, it was easy to reach the city center within 10 minutes. we would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and really good amenities.

The constant loud background music in the lobby, bar, elevator, and corridors can be bothersome for some guests.

The hotel's fitness center and pool were nice to have on-site, and the breakfast was delicious and diverse. the hotel was also located near a park, which was a nice bonus for walking around and exploring the area.

The room was disappointing as the bathroom had a sewage smell even after being cleaned, and the ventilation was poor. the location was not great for finding food options nearby, and the lack of deadbolts or chains on the doors made me feel unsafe with my belongings.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and comfortable rooms that were available. The hotel's location was also prime, with several tourist sites in close proximity. What I appreciated most was the gym as staying committed to my fitness regime is important which made it easy thanks to the facility.

One thing I didn't appreciate was the limited menu at the hotel restaurant. It didn't offer many options, and I felt it was overpriced.
